This recipe was very good and I will make it again for sure! I put some catalina dressing on the pork to keep it moist. It was wonderful.

It was okay. The pork was a little dry - and I cooked it for less than the required time.

My husband and I loved this so much that I made it the following week again. We added some A1 sauce to add a extra touch to the meat.

Excellent! Meat was a little dry as a few others have mentioned. Next time I'll top with a applesauce. Veggies and stuffing were very tasty.

I messed up when I made it but what turned out was still good. So, next time when I make it like I am suppose to, then I know it will be great. I recommend this one.

This is my new favorite way to make sweet potatoes when it isn't thanksgiving! The pork was just okay - but the stuffing and potatoes were excellent!

I used cornbread dressing and it was really great. I found that I needed to cut the onion a bit bigger to keep it from getting too done. I also added a bit more of the catalina dressing to the top of the meat the last 5 minutes and kept the meat moist. I will make this again often. thanks for the recipe

The meat turned out a little dry, which a little apple sauce can take care of but the vegetables were absolutely fantastic! I would do this recipe again if just for the sweet potatoes and onions!
