This was so tasty! The pork was tender, juicy and the sweet potatoes were a perfect texture. This is a good dinner for guests! I will be making this many more times!

I made this recipe tonight for dinner and it was delicious. I did make it with chicken just because I like cooking with chicken. I loved the combination of all of the food items in this dish!

I read the reviews and tried the sweet potatoes both ways with Italian dressing and the Catalina, I didn't like either of them and the pork ended up being very dry. The stuffing was good. This definately wasn't one of my favorites, my son's either.

This was okay. The stuffing was good, but the pork didn't have that much flavor, and the vegetables were just okay. I won't make this again.

My husband and I loved this recipe. So many flavors that blended so well together. Great meal for when company comes over. Will make again!

I used Zesty Italian instead of Catalina. I also seasoned the pork with salt and pepper as well as the thyme and stuffed each slice with clove of garlic. It was very good and I will make it again!

This is a good dish, but next time I think I will use italian dressing and maybe a little less water with the stuffing, it seemed a little soggy. Otherwise it had great flavor!

I cannot wait to make this again. I was a little nervous because I didn't think I would like sweet potatoes, but I just loved this recipe. The pork roast was so tender. A definite keeper
