I used Italian Dressing instead of the Catalina and my family loved it, even my little picky eaters.

This is the first pork tenderloin I have ever made! This was easy to make and we enjoyed it. Next time, I will try covering the pan with foil b/c the catalina dressing was burnt on, but otherwise I have no complaints. Thanks!

This was SO good! I microwaved the potato mixture and seasoned the pork like the previous comments suggested and YUM! I stirred the potatoes and onion on the pan half way through baking so they didn't burn on the bottom. Even my 'picky eater' loved this! Will definitely make this again! Thanks Kraft.

This a definately a recipe keeper.I love trying new recipes and I try them out on my family .If they like them then I keep them.This recipe was easy to prepare and made the house smell great.Read the reviews before making and used some of the suggestions to flavor the pork and keep it moist. Will make again.

The food smelled so good. We are a family of 4, and my parents were over to watch the kids and they took a little pan home for them. It was a lot of food. I did cut the meat thin, just remeber to cut them about 2" instead of less then that it can become dry. My kids devoured the dinner and they are picky eaters. Thank you for the wonderful recipe. We are alway up for an adventure.

I loved the catalina dressing on the sweet potatoes and onions. Don't cut the potatoes too small or they dry out. The recipe was also hard to decipher in reference to cutting the tenderloin. I ended up cutting the pieces too thin which dried out the pork.

The meat was so tender. The catalina dresssing gave the potatoes a nice flavor. Definitely will make it again.

This is a good recipe for our family. It is easy for me to fix for our gang. They love meals like this.
