This was just awful! I wish I could rewind and use the pork and sweet potatoes for something else. YUCK!!

I made this with boneless pork chops instead of a pork loin and it worked very well with the substitution. My husband didn't even complain when he tasted these veggies.

This was super easy to make and it tasted pretty good. I always prefer to season my meats ahead of time so it tastes better.

This was good. The flavors and textures blended well. I enjoy the ease of making this. A good winter dish.

This was good, flavor good too. I did cook the sweet potatoes for 20 mins instead of 10, and covered the whole pan with foil after about half the cooking had passed. I think the next time I make it I will cover the sweet potatoes with foil for the first 20 mins too.
