Quick & Easy Shrimp Primavera recipe
A springtime mix of fresh veggies gets tossed with pasta and topped with Parm for a 20-minute dish that’s loaded with flavor. Zest a little lemon for the finishing touch.

My husband & I both loved this recipe. The blend of flavors is lovely. Next time I would add a few more veggies though. A definate save in the recipe box.

My daughter and I loved this recipe--I cut back on the dressing to 1/4 cup and .8 lb of shrimp and perfect amount.

It really didn't have a lot of flavor, needed some seasoning. So I added a little Red Hot sauce. The heat gave it some kick and actually made it taste like something. Next time I might marinate the shrimp and veggies, or even grill them before adding to the pasta. The Italian dressing just didn't do enough.

Didn't really care for this recipe. Husband or kids didn't care for it either. Tho it did taste better cold the nexy day. I would not make this again.

I made this years ago also. I think any kind of seafood could replace the shrimp also, such as squid, clams, fish etc. and still call it Primavera as well, even lobster. Try it and let me know, ok?. I know I did.

I used green pepper instead of the red pepper. I did not use the peas or the lemon peel but I added onions. I used Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing instead of the italian dressing. I also substituted the parmesan cheese with mozzarella cheese and I added just a little red cooking wine.

This was pretty good. Enough flavor, not bad for a low fat meal.
