I absolutely loved this recipe. I don't eat seafood or chicken so I made this recipe without it. It was delicious. I have mixed this recipe up many times and love to saute vegetables with dressing now and love to use Italian dressing in many pasta dishes or use it as a quick & easy pasta sauce.

this dish is easy, quick, and delicious! i can't believe it's healthy too! the way the cheese just melted onto the hot food was amazing and the lemon flavor added so much freshness. i made this for a very health-consciosus friend and used organic whole wheat pasta and fat free italian dressing and it still tasted amazing!

It tastes best fresh of course. The lemon, snap peas all go very well together for a great taste.

We used the small shrimp (to help save cost) and this was just as tasty - FAST Which is great with 2 samll kids!

So simple and it takes no time to prepare. I had a couple pieces of chicken that I cut up and browned and put into the receipe. It still was good.

There were no leftovers! This would be a great dish for a summer picnic. I didn't think that small amount of lemon zest would add much flavor, but it was just perfect. I'll definitely make this again and again and again and again........

I was surprised at how citrussy this recipe turned out. A nice twist to a pasta salad.
