Quick & Easy Shrimp Primavera

What You Need

cups rotini pasta, uncooked

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined

large red pepper, chopped

cup packaged matchlike carrot sticks

cup sugar snap peas

cloves garlic, minced

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

tsp. lemon zest

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

DRAIN pasta; toss with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and lemon zest.

Substitute

Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for the shrimp.

This is so easy and so yummy. I used frozen peas instead of the snap peas. Definitely try this one.

This recipe is very simple, tasty and colorful. I added Old Bay seasoning to the shrimp which gave it a kick. My family loved it!

This dish was delicious, healthy, and easy to make. Instead of using shrimp, I used chicken as recommended on the receipe. I will definitely make this dish again! Yum!

Very easy and quick to make... I will make this often, My family liked the new twist of grated lemon peel, I will probably add an extra tsp. of lemon and a little more garlic and parmesan as my family likes a more spiced up recipe... Overall, We love this new dish.

This recipe was quick and very easy. So many wonderful colors, you know it was great for you! I will make this again, however, for my family we like a little more garlic and some fresh herbs mixed in at the end like parsley.
