I've made this twice now and really like it...a lot! I just tweaked it a little tho. I crushed up a cup and a half of corn flakes to add to the shake n bake and it gave it a really nice extra crunch. Second time I made sure to marinate the chicken in the ranch for at least a couple hours..helps the flavor I think.

I made this recipe recently and it turned out very well. The Ranch dressing made the chicken very moist. Seeing as how I don't eat actual fried chicken anymore, this was a very nice substitute.

This is a great substitute when you are craving fried chicken. It was moist inside with a crispy crust. I would definitely recommend this recipe to those that like fried chicken.
