my family are ranch freaks so this was perfect! we used boneless too, and pretty small so the cooking time was close. they loved it so much, i had to make it for them again today for lunch~! we paired it with raw veggies and of course some more ranch for dipping...

I used chicken legs quaters. I used fat free blue cheese instead of the ranch. My husband loved it. I will make it again.

I love this recipe. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and let them marinate all afternoon then I used Italian Breadcrumbs instead of Shake n Bake. The chicken was so moist and had great flavor. Leftovers heated up nicely too!

I also used boneless skinless chicken breast and it was wonderful! I am not so crazy about the extra crispy Shake n Bake though- in fact- I ran out of it during this recipe and made my own breading with Saltine and Ritz Crackers and it was even better!

We just had this tonight for supper. We used fat free italian dressing, plain bread crumbs and boneless skinless chicken breast. Everyone loved it. The chicken was moist and tasty.

The whole family absolutely loved this recipe ! ! ! I made the glazed carrots too, they were a total hit at dinner, as well. I will definately make this chicken again.

My son absolutely puts Ranch dressing on everything including pizza(yuk), so I thought I would try this recipe for him. It was fabulous!! The flavor was awesome(totally surprised me as I thought the 2 ingredients-ranch&shake-n-bake, did not sound like it would be good together). Also, the chicken was so tender & juicy. I would definitely make it again. The highlight was when my son came home from school & saw I was making it for him & came right over to give me a hug & kiss & tell me "Thanks & I love you!"

while we like all the ingredients individually I probably won't make it due to the sodium content. My husband is diabetic with a history of heart problems and therefore we stay away from those recipes. Sue
