Loved it. Made a few alterations. I used tuna in oil, added hard boiled egg whites, spicy mustard, and a few bread and butter pickles chopped. I know, pickles and cucumbers. I thought it worked well. Lots of crunch!

Big hit at Christmas party. Added chopped green olives & salt and pepper to tuna. Also put a spread of crackers along side it. Tasty and healthy buffet alternative!

I made this using just light miracle whip & pepper mixed with the tuna. I then spooned it on the cucumber slices. It makes a great low carb lunch.

I liked this alot. I think its the oregano, it makes it very different. Adds flavor without the fat. The tuna would be good in a pita pocket with the cucumbers too.

I think it needs some kind of bread or cracker with it....something crunchy to go with it.

Great snack or lunch. I added some dill and salt/ pepper. Good idea.

I made enough to prepare several sandwiches, using the cucumbers as "pickles". Will definitely make again.
