This recipe was very easy to make and tasted really good. It was the first time I've ever prepared stuffed chicken of any kind. The "filling" ingredients really complemented each other. I will definitely make this one again. Just be careful with the amounts for the "filling" ingredients. They may need a little adjusting, especially if you are only cooking for two people, like I am.
