Next time will use more chicken breast to make up for extra stuffing mix.
Loved this! Even my 6 yr old raved at how good this was. It was also very easy to make!
The chicken always seems too slimy for me to wrap easily. Got mixed reviews from my family, some liked it more than others.
This is fabulous!! Reminds me of Thanksgiving!! =)
WOW! My family of "men" loved it - shock!! They never devour anything I make on the fly. Husband, 8 yr old, 6 yr old, 3 yr old - ALL asked for seconds. Granted they also really liked helping me pound the meat - I think I'll get the thin cutlets next time though. I used frozen chopped spinach to save time - tasted awesome. And I only had a Garlic Parmesan dressing so I used that - again awesome. I took someone else's advice and I added more dressing, cut with some water, to the dish when baking and it was wonderful to drizzle on top once served. Love, love love this recipe.
LOVE this recipe! My only gripe is that I hate pounding meat in general....but I love that I can make this the night before, cover it & put it in the fridge overnight. The next day is as simple as turning on the overn. This dish with a salad or baked potato makes a complete meal! It tastes soooo good with fresh basil!
This was so easy to make and delicious! I thought rolling up the chicken would be difficult, but it wasn't! I'd even use this recipe for a dinner event. It was simple, very tasty, and looks more complicated than it was!
So easy. Family loved it and great the second time warmed up. . .
I used three large breasts, pounded them very thin, and then marinated them for an hour in the dressing. I chose to over-stuff the chicken by using all of the stuffing. It turned out great, and my husband commented that it was restaurant quality.
I have made this twice now and love it! It looks like it takes a lot more time than it does! Everyone in my house loved it!
