The vegetables came out nice and crisp. Next time I think I will use the entire 8oz package of cream cheese. I love cream cheese!

I was skeptical but this was so easy and tasted great! I did make a couple of changes. I used shredded colby/jack instead of cream cheese and I added onion and tomato to the veggies! Definite crowd pleaser!

I added garlic salt in addition to shredded carrots and asparagus (my family doesn't like peppers). Also added shredded cheese to the top. It takes way longer for it to bake than 30 minutes. I did however add one more egg since my pie plate is 10".

This was very bland. With some tweaking it could be good though. My family particularly disliked the cream cheese. I like cream cheese, but not in this.

I have made this dish serveral times. I am getting ready to make it again for dinner tonight! Even my husband who is not a big fan of asparagus likes it. Frittatas are always made in our house to use up leftover veggies and such. But this one takes the cake

Great brunch dish. One tip: place cubed cream cheese in pie place then pour egg/veg mixture over and bake. Definite crowd pleaser!

Everything about this recipe screams "diet" except the flavor which is definitely not diet. Great taste with low calories and carbs, a definite winner.
