What You Need

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

Tbsp. sugar

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. flour

Tbsp. vanilla

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

eggs

1/3

cup seedless strawberry jam

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; swirl with knife.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

It was an easy recipe to make but my marbling did not look as nice as the picture and after baking and refrigerating over night the center of my cheescake came out all goopy. It never seemed to harden. Not sure if it was my fault or bad instructions on the recipe.

Very easy and delicious! Texture and flavor were very good- this will be a favorite in our house. I used Raspberry Jam and it was wonderful.

I loved it and all of my neighbors did too! I made this a few days ago but I need to make another one tonight because it is already gone. Very easy and very pretty!

This is relatively simple and very delicious. I made this recipe and used four prepared graham cracker crusts and everyone raved about this cheesecake and have asked for more of them.

I made this recipe for a "How-To" speech in my Speech class. Everyone loved it, and so did I! I would definately make it again!

I was scared to make baked cheesecake, never tried it. I always make the instant kind where you just put it the fridge. This was my first time ever to try baked cheesecake and I am proud to say it was superb! I watched the video and did everything exactly as shown and it turned out great. I served it with a score card to my family and it got A++'s from everyone. Thanks guys.
