What You Need

cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs

Tbsp. sugar

Tbsp. butter, melted

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

cup sugar

Tbsp. flour

Tbsp. vanilla

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

eggs

1/3

cup seedless strawberry jam

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter; swirl with knife.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.

I made this for my daughter's class for her b-day.I use chocolate on one side and strawberry jam on the other. Everyone loved it and now her teacher wants the recipe.

Mine did not look like the picture, the jam all sank in to the cheesecake but it tastes good.

This was originally made by a co-worker and I told her I had to have the recipe. I later made it for another group of co-workers and they loved it as much as I did!

This is a great holiday or event cheesecake! I made it for my family last week as a dry run for mother's day and they loved it! the only thing was the Graham cracker crust wasn't thick enough in the pan but every thing else was excellent.
