I have already made this several times. It is so good! The turkey sausage is perfect and not too greasy or filling.

I loved this recipe! Substituted Zucchini for the Green Peppers and added fresh mushrooms into the skillet at the same time as Zucchini. The Italian sausage was hard to "slice" so it ended up more like "chunks" of sausage. Made a great lunch the next day. I will make this again soon!

This was really good. I added some red onions for some extra flavor. I will definitely make again in the future.

This was easy to make. I mixed in extra cheese to the mixture and substituted zucchini for the green peppers. My husband loved this and will make again!

I was looking for something easy to make, once I saw this I thought I might as well give it a shot. It was sooo good and my husband loved it... I put mushrooms as well.. this recipe is a keeper and its so easy to make and budget friendly. I recommend this for anyone. I loved it.

The taste was very good and a the whole family loved it. HOWEVER: I didn't measure the rigatoni, just used a whole box, and needed to double the sauce entirely to cover it. It ended up making a ton (two 9X13 pans), but leftovers were terrific the next day too.
