I used frozen chopped green peppers instead and increased the sausage and sauce. It was a hit with the family. Very delicious taste and very filling. Definitely do it again

This recipe was delicious and easy to make, but the best part was the kids giving it 'two thumbs up'.

This is now a family favorite, although I grill my sausages in a grill pan, then cut them up. This is a good budgetwise meal.

I made this tonight for dinner. I found it took longer for the sausages to cook then they suggested. I think next time I will cut the pieces smaller. My kids loved this and so I will make it again. I added 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper and an onion as well. Served it with garlic toast and ceaser salad.

It was very good. I actually substituted Parmesan cheese for the cheese crumbles, which worked out well. Most importantly, my roommates seemed to like it!

Simple and good. I substituted onions for the green peppers due to what I had on hand, and added mushrooms for a little extra veggie. Mixed in some mozzarella at the end and topped with it also. Delicious!
