I made this casserole for dinner one night and it came out great. My husband and daughter loved it. I also added a touch of bacon. I pre-cooked the bacon and broke it into pieces like bacon bits and sprinkled it over the chicken and potatoes and then with the cheese melted all over, it gave it a great taste. I used the BBQ sauce only when I cooked the chicken so that the chicken will have some flavor but I didn't add too much which made it just right. Will definitely do it again, but maybe next time I will try with a different meat to see how it would taste. Thanks.

I have made this twice now and after making it the first time, my husband and I decided that it would be better with sour cream added to it(after it was cooked). I also use an entire jar of salsa and more cheese and a lot of frozen sweet corn!! My kids love it as well, and next time I am going to make it with chicken and bbq sauce.

I have been using recipes from this site for years and I can honestly say this is the first recipe we didn't like. I used the chicken combination. I knew it wouldn't be good when I was adding the bbq. I was just hoping for the best and needed something in a hurry. Which only wasted my time because I still ended up cooking something else for my 5 year old.

Another good version is to use breakfast sausage instead of hamburger meat. You can then use the leftovers to make some breakfast burritos.

Really good. I made the chicken version. I doubled the recipe and I'm glad that I did. There was barely any left for me to take for lunch!

I found this easy and with delicious varieties. Last time I made it my husband came into the kitchen and said, "Oh GOOD!" There's no higher praise than that.

The potatoes were too soggy. Although the recipe sounds good... I wouldn't make it again.

Very easy to make. I made the chicken and BBQ sauce recipe. I added a different vegetable than red peppers. Delicious

My husband and I loved this casserole, I didnt have corn in the can but I did have corn on the cobe and I just got a knife and took off the corn! I was great! Next time I make it though I dont see the point putting onions, peppers, b/c the salsa already had that in it! Other then that I very well see my self making it again!!
