I have made this a couple of times and it is always a hit! I have also found that is big enough to split into two regular size cheese balls. My husband always wants to keep some for home.

I made this receipe last nite for the Dallas game and everyone loved it. It was very easy and quick to make, I did use onion powder instead of the green onions due to some of my guests don't eat onions and it turned out very good. ***GO COWBOYS****

I LOVE this recipe. It's really easy to make an quite the crowd pleaser. I tried a version of it with nuts instead of bacon and it was NO WHERE near as good. Tastes great with the Roasted Vegetable Ritz crackers.

I took this to a super bowl party and got lots of rave reviews. It was very easy to make. I felt like something was missing, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Still, it's makes a great presentation; I'll do it again next year!
