I am a diabetic and I would use lower fat cookies and sugar free pudding. It sounds too good to pass up and try!

I made this with skim milk and the sugar free pudding, along with the low fat 'Nilla Wafers (Weight Watcher's Unite!)...fabulous - yumlicious - and for an added bonus I put a dab of fat free Cool Whip!

I love the peanut-butter, banana combination so I would crush Nutter-Butter cookies instead of the vanilla wafers. Yum.

Very good and very easy. I used 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipped topping instead of the 3/4 cup whipped topping. Also, to keep your banana slices from turning brown, toss them in a little lemon-lime soda (like 7-Up or Sprite) instead of plain lemon juice. They are better tasting than using plain lemon juice.

I used the sugar free pudding mix and the fat free wafers and topping. Turns out just as delicious just 2/3rd's the calories.

I used sugar free instant pudding and eight ounce container of Banana Creame Pie Yougart as part of the milk. This makes a creamer pudding.

I did not have enough vanilla wafers because my family surprised me and left only a dozen or so, but it still turned out great! I also only used half the milk and it was much thicker but only made 3 servings.

This recipe was so simple and so delicious! The banana pudding was scrumptious on its own. Add it generously, because I still had some left over. I also added mini-chocolate chips and sprinkles after each layer of pudding- it gave the parfait a splash of rich color, especially on top! I will definitely make these again!
