I've made this recipe twice for my husband and I. The second time I added some red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit and it was really good. The recipe does make a lot, so if you're only feeding two I would cut it in half.

We really enjoyed this one! If I were to do it again, I would cook the chicken and veggies separately and drain the veggies. The sauce would not thicken at all due to all of the liquid from the veggies. I also marinated the chicken in the dressing for about one or two hours. It added a little extra flavor, but my boyfriend still felt it was bland. If you season this to your liking, it really is great!!

We just enjoyed this dish for dinner tonight. I can see why some might call it a little bland, but it was a big hit here. I used vegetable broth and soy chicken strips, added a bit of basil and about a cup of frozen peas.

This recipe would be great with a different sauce...it was just too bland for my taste.

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe, and it's a great way to eat a lot of veggies! There were a couple things I'd do differently next time. First, I'd sautee the chicken a bit before adding the veggies. By the time the chicken was cooked through, the veggies weren't as crisp as I'd like. The only other thing I'd do is to drain the veggies and chicken before making the sauce. I think that would help the sauce thicken a bit more. It was really good and we will make it again!

My husband and I love this recipe! It has definitely been added to our "favorites". It's easy to cook and doesn't take too long. Love the fresh veggies.
