Very good recipe. Even my kids, ages 6, 4 and almost two ate this up. It took me about double the prep time (if you count washing veggies and chopping), however, to get everything done. I also boiled the chicken separate from the veggies and shredded it instead of cubing it. Then, I threw it in while the veggies cooked the last 5-10 minutes, or so to let it heat up. I added a bit more dressing to the veggies, too. Two Tablespoons just didn't seem like enough.
