This is a big favorite of my husband and myself. During the summer, sometimes I'll make the sauce & cook the onions per the recipe, then cook the steak on the grill. Also, I halve the amount of meat (there's just the 2 of us), but make the full portion of the sour cream sauce and serve the remaining sauce over a baked potato. TASTY!
