Easy and delicious! I made extra onions and the flavors just go together so well (and I added more pepper too). Have made numerous times, one of my favorites!

I wasn't a fan of the sauce but my husband loved it. The steak was just a tad dry so when I make it again I'll cook it in the oven.

Marinating the steak overnight made it so tender and juicy. Like usual, I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding hot sauce and crushed red pepper to the marinade and added fresh chopped mozarella cheese and garlic powder to the sauce. I was also a little unsure of cooking the steak on the stove top so instead we used the grill.

I would use a better cut of meat. Sirloin seems to be tuff at times.

This sirloin dish turned out great and was soooo easy! My kids really liked the marinated flavor of the meat and the parmesan peppercorn sauce.

Instead of using the onions (not an onion fan) I sauteed mushrooms and after sticking the sauce in the fridge I decided to heat it up and stuck it in with the mushrooms. Very good except I think I used a bit much pepper!
