This is a big favorite of my husband and myself. During the summer, sometimes I'll make the sauce & cook the onions per the recipe, then cook the steak on the grill. Also, I halve the amount of meat (there's just the 2 of us), but make the full portion of the sour cream sauce and serve the remaining sauce over a baked potato. TASTY!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Everyone in my family loved it. The only change I made to the recipe was that I sliced up the sirloin before cooking it and in the last 2 minutes of cooking, I threw the onions back in with the steak. NUMMY! This is at the top of our favorite list!

It was good, but different.

Easy and delicious! I made extra onions and the flavors just go together so well (and I added more pepper too). Have made numerous times, one of my favorites!

I wasn't a fan of the sauce but my husband loved it. The steak was just a tad dry so when I make it again I'll cook it in the oven.

Marinating the steak overnight made it so tender and juicy. Like usual, I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding hot sauce and crushed red pepper to the marinade and added fresh chopped mozarella cheese and garlic powder to the sauce. I was also a little unsure of cooking the steak on the stove top so instead we used the grill.
