I have next to no cooking skills. I have made this recipe several times and found it very, very easy. The result is delicious. My only suggestion is make more rice than recommended.

GREAT RECIPE and very tasty. I followed the recipe but doubled the batch. My only mistake was to try to coat the meat instead of just a quick toss in the corn starch. Other than that, the recipe was great and would definitely make it again. I just did something different with the rice as brown rice is very tasteless to me.

I was amazed at how easy this was and very tasty too. Substituted sirloin steak for the flank steak since it is hard to find in this area. Put the steak in the freezer for a few hours to make it easier to slice.

This was a wonderful recipe and very simple to make. I did use fresh gingerroot which added a lot to this recipe.

It was really good. I enjoyed the Flavor. Because it is Low-fat and healthy , I will be making this a favorite on my list.

This recipe was delicious. I really liked the flavor that the catalina dressing added to it.
