good recipe. Used lite teryiaki sauce instead of dressing and took out the peanuts.

I used 4 tbs of flour instead of the cornstarch. I also added 1 TBS of teriakyi sauce. Very good. Whole family loved it!

Great recipe! I would hold up on the ginger though. Or eliminate it all together. But other than that it was wonderful!!

I made this both with beef and with chicken and I have to say it was incredible ! I took a chance and even made it for my in-laws who were visiting. They couldn't stop raving about it, and my mother-in-law wants me to forward on the recipe. This is also going into my do-over file box !

My family and I just started dieting and this is a great recipe to help us stay on track!! Stir fry is one of our favorites and this is a great way to keep it lo-cal. Big yum from all of us!!
