Really a tasty dish. I did not add the peanuts, trying to cut the calories a little more, but did not alter anything else. The taste is wonderful and the addition of the cornstarch thickened it just enough. Will make again.

I skipped the Catalina Dressing and replaced it with soy sauce and a 1/2 packet of dry stir fry seasoning. Yummy!!

this recipe is the bomb!! I used round steak and also doubled the recipe. I found that there still wasn't enough sauce to cover the rice, so, I made an extra batch...worked perfectly! It's so easy and fast!! It also tastes great! My 2 yr old had a tough time chewing the steak, next time I'm making this with chicken!!

Loved this one! The sauce was delicious and the meat was nice and tender. I doubled the sauce, thanks to another comment I had read and was glad I did. My husband ate brown rice twice in one week and didn't even know it! (I made 3 step greek chicken and rice earlier in the same week.)

My husband and I enjoyed this very much. We think next time we'll add some extra corn starch in order to thicken up the sauce a little more.
