unfortunatly flank steak was hard to find. My husband(as there only the 2 of us) does not care for rice so I served it over fluffy mashed potatoes. I will make this again. Found out that flank steak is a seasonal meat meant for BBQing.

I was tired of makeing my same old recipes that I thought I would gt online to see if I could find new ways to cook my old food and vola! I stummbled on this website and made this recipe last night and everyone loved it! Would definetly make it again and try new ones.

It was a simple yet tasty recipe and my family enjoyed it. I have also tried it with vegetables that my family and I enjoy and it came out great!

It was good. The only thing we didn't care for was the strength of the ginger, so next time I will cut it down. I doubled the sauce, so my husband could have it on noodles.
