One of my favorite recipes I've used from here. I just use light Italian dressing or something similar if I can't find the other at the grocery store.

It was easy to make, but severely lacking on flavor. Would not make again.

Meh. It was light and easy, but no fireworks. Nothing to get excited about.

I didn't know what to make for dinner and found this recipe! It was fabulous! So easy, fast, delicious AND healthy! I didnt have instant rice on hand, so I used 1c. white rice and 2 1/4c. chicken broth and simmered for 20 minutes before moving on!

Kids loved it. I seasoned the chicken strips with garlic salt and pepper first and also added a little more broth and cream cheese. I sprinkle it generously with the parmesan cheese.

Quick and easy one pot meal. Even my picky (and diabetic) husband liked it. I used a whole 10 oz bag of spinach. Turn down heat at end so rice doesn't stick when all liquid has been absorbed. Will add more seasoning or salad dressing next time. Could use a little more flavor.

Really great dinner. Need to reduce the temperature to not burn the rice to the bottom once cooked and all liquid is gone.
