I really enjoyed this recipe, and with all the spinach, it's great for you as well.
Unfortunately, we didn't think there was anything overly spectacular about this meal.
Even my four year old boy who dislikes spinach ate it all! I left out the tomatoes. I served this with chilled green beans salad mixed with sliced cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta. I mixed the cold salad with the same Kraft dressing I used in recipe.
Loved it! I found it to be dry, too, and wound up using a full 15.5oz can of broth to get it just right. I also added a bit more cream cheese for creaminess. Short cut idea - use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and frozen spinach. I always have a roti chicken on hand in the fridge that I buy at my grocery each week for salads, etc... This is a great way to use it up. Also, I just thawed the spinach in the microwave a little and didn't even drain it. The dish needed the extra moisture anyway. I will definitely make this again!!! YUM!
I thought this had great flavor, but it was a little dry. Next time I'll add more broth & more cream cheese and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Overall, thumbs up.
I didn't love the recipe but it was okay and it was very easy to make. I will probably make this again because it is so healthy for you. You can get a lot out of this dish!~
The flavor of this dish was outstanding. I added mushrooms and I think it would be just as good without the tomatoes. I used the leftovers to make soup by adding about 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup skim milk and a little cornstarch to make it creamy. Two exceptional meals from one recipe!
my family just loved this recipe my 3 yr old even asked for more!!!!Definately part of my cooking repitoire....
Very good! I loved this. I added a extra broth and cream cheese. I will make this one again very soon.
This was a truly good and healthy dinner for my family. When you add the spinach leaves you think "how in the the world will all this fit?" But, it cooks down quickly and leaves you with a wonderful concoction that your family will ask for again.
