Brilliant. Never would I have thought to cook the meat in the dressing. Each step of this recipe made it more and more desirable. It was not a disappointment.

This makes a quick and tasty evening meal. Next time I'll season the chicken before cooking it in the dressing. I had some leftover sundried tomatoes that I added and they were really tasty. I added some dried basil, too. Next time I'll squeeze in a little lemon juice for added flavor.

Delicious, delicious, delicious. I loved this recipe. I marinated the chicken in the dressing first, then sauteed it. Great visual appeal once plated. I would love to add red peppers or sun dried tomoates next time.

Delicious and easy. I usually use a whole can of broth to make it easier and just put in a little more rice to absorb it. I love how both my veggie- hating boys eat the spinach in this meal!

This is absolutely wonderful. Both of my teenagers love it and actually request it. It is a great way to get people to eat brown rice even if they think that they don't like it.

I made this twice (thinking I must have made a mistake the first time). Both times, it was too dry and the rice was undercooked. I threw away the last batch.

I've already made this 3 times, and it's better each time I make it. The only thing I've changed is that I marinate the chicken with some of the dressing before I cook it. Other than that, this is a great dish!!

This turned out very yummy! We used a stock pot to cook this in and put more of the salad dressing in the bottom so it wouldn't burn (1/2 c.) and we also cooked the chicken strips a little longer than 3 minutes, more like 3 mins per side. Definitely will cook this one again.
