How easy is it to re-create that pasta dish from the restaurant? 20 minutes easy. Cream cheese is the secret ingredient. Baby spinach and sweet tomatoes are fresh additions.

I add pine nuts instead of the tomatoes. Use 1 cup of milk instead 1 1/2.
I used 1.5 cups lowfat sour cream and 2 tablespoons of margarine in place of the cream cheese and milk. I also used fresh asparagus spears instead of spinach. It tasted terrific!
This was very good instead of 1-1/2 cups of milk I used 1 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of Kraft Sun dried tomato salad dressing and it gave the dish a little kick! For sure I'll make this once a month
This recipe was so good. I didn't use tortellini, I used spinach fettucini and added shrimp. I didn't add the cherry tomatoes. The cheese sauce was really good. Tonight I am making again and think I will try a low fat cream cheese. Definitely a keeper.
I substituted sun-dried tomatos for cherry tomatos, so it may be my fault. But this was tasteless and the lemon flavor didnt compliment the others.
I made this into a 30-minute (and cheaper) meal by using Alfredo sauce from a jar. I heated 2 jars of it and stirred in a bag of spinach leaves. I mixed in the tortellini (I used 2 bags of the frozen kind) and garnished with the tomatos. It took no time at all and my boyfriend loved it. Still good re-heated the next day.
Everyone really loved this meal. It was quick and easy for me also.
This was very good. I love cream sauces, but they are so high in fat. I used non-fat milk and lowfat cream cheese, and it turned out very good. I was pleased that I now can eat a cream sauce that is also low in calories. I will definitely make this recipe again.
