Creamy Restaurant-Style Tortellini recipe

How easy is it to re-create that pasta dish from the restaurant? 20 minutes easy. Cream cheese is the secret ingredient. Baby spinach and sweet tomatoes are fresh additions.

Simply delicious! I dind't use the lemon but I had big shrimps grilled with a tb spoon of green pesto on the top! That was perfect and will be definitively one of my favourite!!

Picture does not represent this dish. Lemon was very strong and there was way too much spinach. The only thing I liked was the pasta.

I only used half of a lemon's zest. I was also a little short on milk and substituted a little heavy cream. Very unhealthly, but very, very good!

I thought it was mediocre, at best. Too lemony. My husband, however, loved it. If I make it again, I might use less spinach and using asparagus instead sounds excellent. I will definitely cut waaay back on the lemon--maybe eliminate it completely.

I cannot begin to desribe how yummy this dish was. It almost did not make it to the dining table. My kids ages 8, and 4 do not like vegetables and this was a great way of including their veggies without them tasting it. I have already sent 5 emails for friends and family to try this, and I just made it tonight!!!!

This is absolutely delicious! I did substitute the tomatoes for some smoked bacon and it turned into one of our favorite meals! Even my husband who does not eat veggies ate this not knowing it was spinich in it. :) This will be a common dish for us now!

I really liked this easy, creamy, quick sauce. Elegant and rich in flavor! I broiled asparagus in the oven, and cut it into 1" pieces and used that instead of spinach. I think I too will use low fat cream cheese next time. I will probably also eliminate the lemon zest as it almost made it taste like lemon cheesecake after it was added.
