Creamy Restaurant-Style Tortellini

Creamy Restaurant-Style Tortellini recipe

How easy is it to re-create that pasta dish from the restaurant? 20 minutes easy. Cream cheese is the secret ingredient. Baby spinach and sweet tomatoes are fresh additions.

it was very good, my husband even liked it. i added a little bit of garlic powder and i probably could've done without the tomatoes. add some garlic bread and a salad, it's great!

VERY bland as written. Needs garlic, salt, pepper, onion - anything to flavor it. Once added, it is good.

This was by far one of the better dinner recipes I have made from this site. I used a whole box of cream cheese rather than just the 4 ounces. I also used some fresh parsley and basil along with some dried italian spices. I happened to have canned spinach on hand so I used that instead of fresh and it really didnt seem to make much of a difference. The pasta still seemed a little bland at first eating it right after it was done, but the next day after the spices, salt, and pepper set in it was great reheated!! I will be making this again!

Talk about an excellent dish! The only things I added to make it even better was shrimp, kosher salt and pepper! And then I garnished the plate with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped basil and tons more fresh parmesan cheese! Beautiful presentation!
