These were very good and my family loved them. The recipe was quick and its is a perfect dish for family gatherings and parties. There are so many ways you can add more zing to this recipe. Very pleased!!!

These were a huge hit with our poker buddies! They want me to bring them every week. I used fat-free sour cream and bison bacon and they were delicious!

I scooped out a little of the potato so the the topping was more like a filling and substituted Bleu cheese for the parm. It was delicious and gave it so much more flavor!

These are now a 4th of July tradition in our family! I makie the recipe as written, however, I use red, white, and yes BLUE creamer potatoes which I find in 1.5 lb. bags at Whole Foods Market, and sometimes at Shaw's supermarkets. HUGE HIT!
