I made these for Easter dinner but they never made it to the table! Everyone thought they tasted like mini baked potatoes. This was also very easy to make.

Looked pretty, but that's about all. Family thought it was OK, but I thought it was bland. I'll not make it again.

this is so good hot or cold. Adds a festive touch to any dinner. Makes guest feel special. Great for snacks that are healthy as well as a side dish. Thanks again for making our mealtimes so special!

This gave me another way to present the potato!!! The family loved them. ALso they require only a few ingredients and not much time.

Fantastic! Made them for a football party and everyone loved them. I used the chive and onion cream cheese instead of the plain and used bacon bits. I will definetly make these again.

These were fabulous!!! I made them for a Christmas party and they were the first thing that was completely gone! I will be making them again for a New Years party!

I made this recipe for an appatizer at my sister's Christmas eve party. Everyone LOVED them. I doubled the recipe because there were a lot of people and I used bacon bits instead of bacon because my sister is a vegetarian. I would definately make these again.
