I love this recipe! It sure was a special treat for my bonco night friends. It was so easy to prepare and I got lots of kudos for it, since I hardly cook at all.With Kraftfoods recipes, I'm learning every day and getting compliments for my cooking.Thank You KraftFoods!!

I suggest that you use a melon baller to make a small scoop out of the potato, then add the scooped out centers to the cheese mixture, pipe the mixture into the center of the potato and broil (on low) to a golden hue. YUMMMY!!

For those of you who REALLY like to kick it up a notch, try boiling the potatos in liquid crab boil!!! Better yet, use leftover potatos from your next seafood boil!!

I have made these before, and my grandchildren loved them, but had to change the recipe a little for my grandson who loves american cheese only. I spoon out a little hole in the middle of potato, and took the potato and mashed it in the mixture with Kraft shredded american cheese and it made him very happy!
