We are having a party, and I needed apetizers, I have tried your recipes, and so far they have all been wonderful, so this one sounds like a winner, thanks rieky

Recipe sounds yummy! Have not tried this recipe yet, but if it involves potatoes it's just a matter of time. The only thing I would change would be to boil the potatoes in chicken or vegetable broth to add more flavor. Thanks for all the yummy recipes!

I've made these in the past as hors d'oeuvres (using very small new potatoes). Added a dab of caviar on top of the cream mixture. They vanished in no time!

This was so easy. I made it for a cocktail party and they just disappeared. Next time I will leave off the bacon and add a dollop of caviar.

I don't understand how these are served. Is it hot or cold? You boil the potatoes and cut them in half (with a slice off the bottom). Aren't they getting cold/cool by this time? Then you put the sour cream/cream cheese mixture on top of them. If they are hot, they certainly wouldn't look liek the photo as the topping would melt. But, if they're eaten cold, that doesn't seem very appetizing. Help!

I made these and it was simple enought for my son to help. They were great and a really big hit with the whole family.

These are so good! They are very easy to make also, I'm pretty new to cooking and I made these the other night. I loved them and best of all my husband and kids absolutely loved them!!
