Mini New Potato Bites

All that's missing is the tux and the silver tray. Pass these elegantly delicious tiny baked potatoes at your next party, whether the event is black tie or come as you are.

What You Need

new potatoes (1-1/2 lb.)

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Make It

COOK potatoes in boiling water 15 min. or until tender.

MEANWHILE, mix cream cheese, Parmesan and sour cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.

DRAIN potatoes; cool slightly. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.

Variation

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.

Note

These potatoes are delicious served hot or cold.

Special Extra

For added flavor, prepare using 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread.

Made this for a bbq & had leftovers. i did not care for these, i expected more of a twiced baked potato taste, but just got potato w/ cream on top. I even sprinkled bacon & cheese on top & not much flavor. I won't be trying these again.

I've given out the recipe 12 times already. I took them to a Pool Party. I made 40 of them and they were gone immediately......everyone loved them and so do we. THIS IS A REAL KEEPER THANK YOU KRAFT KITCHEN

I make these all of the time! They are so simple and everyone loves them. I am making them again tomorrow for a baby shower.

I made this for Mother's Day and it was a big hit with everyone! Do ahead prep made it easy and perfect. My 4yr old grandson helped decorate and felt that he contributed to the dinner...not sure who was more decorated! But it was fun!

I am a vegetarian because I do not like meat. Your vegetable receipes are always spectacular and the family really likes them, too! New potatoes are one of my favorite vegetables and I enjoy new ways to prepare them.
