Looks and sounds better than it actually tastes. If you do decide to make, use an 8" loaf pan as the 9" was to big and it seemed to flat and not a nice presentation. Taking out of my recipe box.

If you go to the mexican isle at your grocery... find CAJETA it's the actual dulce de leche instead of caramel... you'll love it even more!!!

The dessert was good! The cookies were a bit firm to cut (Maybe I should wait more) so the next time I'd crush all the cookies for layers. Yummy!

I have already made this a number of times. When I take this to quilt group it is always a hit.

Good combination of flavors, but it definitely needs more caramel. I drizzled more on each layer and over the top & sides- otherwise it can be a bit dry.

I made this as a second dessert for my husband's BD party, and it was fantastic! Light, creamy, refreshing, wonderful flavor. I would use more caramel sauce, and maybe add some fresh berries as garnish. But overall, very, very good!

Tasty and easy to make, yet lacks a little pizazz. Not one of my favorites.

I made this as a summer dessert for a dinner group and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I will be making it again real soon.

Very easy and very good! I used chocolate fudge pudding instead of white chocolate and it was delicious!
