I would double the miracle whip and soy sauce. I cut my chicken up in strips so the chicken would soak up some of the flavor.

VERY EASY AND DELICIOUS TAKES LIKE 5 MINS IF U USE LITTLE PIECES OF CHICKEN WHICH COOK FASTER. ALSO I ADDED SALT PEPPER N POWDER GARLIC

I doubled the miracle whip and soy sauce plus subbed them for light...to make figure friendly and saucier. I also enjoy the asparagus stir fry as the veggies. Have made a few times and really enjoy as a quick go-to.

I absolutely loved this recipe, and so did a friend I had over to try it. My husband, however, did not like it. This is possibly due to the fact that he hates chinese food. I tripled the sauce mixture so I had a lot to mix with the rice, and this did make it actually creamy. It was very, very good.

I made the recipe and loved it, it was very quick and easy to make, I actually served mine over pasta instead and added a little more of the sauce ingredients. I would recommend it to anyone who loves garlic chicken!!!!

This is one of my faves. I've made it for my parents and they loved it too. I had to give my mom the recipe. I use more of the sauce ingredients though (miracle whip, soy sauce, and garlic) because otherwise there isn't enough sauce for the rice. I also cut up the chicken.
