Creamy Garlic Chicken

Creamy Garlic Chicken recipe
I would double the miracle whip and soy sauce. I cut my chicken up in strips so the chicken would soak up some of the flavor.

Just alittle dry. Would add some more of the soy sauce.

Not one of my favorites. I was expecting it to be a bit more creamy.

This was super easy, quick, and so yum! I have made it a few times, and we just love it! As others have stated, I tripled the sauce recipe and added a whole bag of veggies. . . I will make this often!

This tasted just like what you get in a Chinese restaurant! My five-year-old evenloved it!. I did take everyone's suggestions and actually tripled the recipe on the sauce mxiture and added a whole 16oz. bag of veggies. Two cups of veggies was definetley not enough. The moisture of the veggies and the sauce made the chicken so tender. I cooked thechicken for 15minutes befoer I added veggies.

This was a pretty good dish. I cut the chicken up into cubes and cooked it, then added the veggies. i doubled the sauce. The whole family loved it.

This is a good flavorful dish. However, I would double the amount of mayo and soy sauce it calls for and even add a little bit of water to the pan after the chicken cooks. The sauce cooks away fast and there is none left to flavor the rice once its added.

I think the name should be changed because there isn't much creamy about this recipe...however it was delicious!!
