I would double the miracle whip and soy sauce. I cut my chicken up in strips so the chicken would soak up some of the flavor.

A different take on stir fry, which we all love. I chopped the chicken before cooking and added some sesame oil to boost the flavor. We used Asian noodles instead of rice (the kids like these better). A great way to use veggies.

We enjoyed this recipe very much. We found it easy to make and delicious. We would probably make half as much sauce the next time. Also, I cut up fresh vegetables that we had on hand. It added more time to preparation, but the dish was crisper. We use a lot of chicken in our meals and we're always looking for something different. This worked out perfectly.

You should mix the soy sauce and dressing together before adding to pan because it doesn't mix well with the chicken and veggies. Not impressed with this dinner.

Delicious - enjoyed by the whole family! Used the light miracle whip and brown rice to keep it on the healthier side!

This was an EXCELLENT recipe, my 3 year old loved it! Next time I would add more veggies and more of the cream mixture for more liquid over the rice. But definitely would prepare it again and again and again.

Very yummy -- the Miracle Whip was a surprisingly good addition. I will use fresh veggies instead of frozen next time, though.
