I would double the miracle whip and soy sauce. I cut my chicken up in strips so the chicken would soak up some of the flavor.

most definitely! It was a bit of an effort but let me tell you, it really was worth it and we ate all the chicken, vegetables, and have like 7 cups of rice left over....that's the only thing

I used chicken thighs in place of chicken breasts, and it was terrific!

I added a little lemon juice in it, and served it over spinach linguine instead of the rice, and everyone at my dinner absolutely loved it!

This recipe was excellent. The Green Beans aren't required. My children loved it. Definetly a make again. It only took 25 minutes from start to end.

The soy sauce made it a bit salty, I will try to add something different for flavor next time.

This was so easy & tasted to good! I've already made it twice, once with rice, then with pasta. Instead of using 4 chicken breasts I used 2 and cut then into cubes & stir fried them, then added the entire cooked chicken mixture to cooked pasta. It turned out just like one of those packaged chicken meals...only better. Next time I may change it again & substitute shrimp for the chicken.
