This brunch bake might have caught your eye with the three-cheese part, but there's more to love—including make-ahead convenience. And bacon.

I have made this too many times to count! It's always a hit. I use sausage instead of bacon, and it's delicious! I make the entire thing the night before, set it out as I'm preheating the oven. Cooks great and is fantastic each time! I also add a few more eggs with milk so that I have enough to saturate the bread.
The family really enjoyed this and I am making again for Christmas breakfast after Santa has arrived!! I used 1# of browned, crumbled sausage in place of bacon and 1 more egg. It is great because it is prepared day before.
We loved this! I am making it on Christmas morning this year. We used 6 eggs and it was great.
Made this for a function and everyone liked it. I took the recommendation of others and used 8 eggs.
Served at a brunch, all 6 guests ranked it as a 5. Several had added the hot salsa that I put out to spice it up. Will make again cutting cal next time and see if as good.
Not too bad, a bit too eggy for me, but my husband liked it and actually reheated the leftovers the next day.
The whole family loved this and it even was wonderful left over. I am making it again this week-end for out of town guest.
I cut the receipe in half but used 5 egss. I used all low fat cheeses, including the cottage cheese and I made it the night before and just poured the egg mix on top before baking. My husband says its a keeper. To speed up the process I would suggest using pre shredded cheeses . I'm making it for company this weekend.
Good. I also used 8 eggs and made everything the night before, and just added the eggs in the morning before baking. I couldn't find "whole mozzerla", but part skim worked fine.
Very good. I used the 8 eggs as the one viewer stated, it was very good. I think I will try some canned mushrooms in the next time also. I have another started, I just have to add the eggs in the morning and bake.
