These cupcakes are so easy to make and very impressive looking. I took them to the church potluck last Sunday and everyones eyes lit up as I carried them in. When I cut the first one I was thrilled that it looked just like the picture. I will absolutely make these again.

I've made these several times now and I just love them!! They are so delicious, and not too sweet, which I like! The cookie in the middle melts in your mouth!

I made these cupcakes for my co-worker, for her 62nd birthday (Feb.26,2009) and she loved them. She told me before that she did not like cream cheese, but she loved these cupcakes. They are sooo cute!!

I liked this idea, so I used it and adapted it. To make the filling, I used 4 oz of cream cheese and about 1/3 cup of peanut butter. I added sugar to taste. Next time, since I don't like chocolate, I want to make a yellow cake mix and use Nutter Butter cookies. :)

I really loved the creamy filling and the crunch of the Oreo in the middle. It is a great surprise and these are great cupcakes to serve for parties.

GREAT recipe, fun to make and everyone LOVED them. I used mini vanilla oreos (my store was out of chocolate) and they worked well too.

My son loved these cupcakes but my husband and daughter didn't like them at all. My daughter requested that I not put one in her lunch box. She asked if next time I could do everything the same but leave the cream cheese mixture out.
