I made these for my son to take to school for his birthday. Of course I had to try one first and it was great. They were easy to make and the kids loved them.

These were VERY good. It made a lot so I took some to work and my co-workers loved them as well. They couldn't figure out how I got the cream cheese and oreo in the middle. I will most certainly make these again.

YUM! YUM! YUM! This was an amazing recipe! The cupcakes are delicious. I made them with my class and ALL of the students and the staff LOVED them. I had all sorts of people asking me for the recipe! I will DEFINITELY make these again..simple and YUMMY...great combo!

This was a fun way to celebrate our hockey team's victory... I used yellow cake mix... and put black and gold sprinkles on the cool whip, and called the mini oreo on top a hockey puck..... yummie...remember dont over fill before you put in the filling.....

Because of these cupcakes I now use Cool Whip (low fat) for all my frosting needs. No more of that packaged stuff. Also these cup cakes are wonderful for kids and taking to school

I made these for a bake sale and before I got out of the house my husband had 3! Everyone was asking for the recipe and they are so easy to make. I will make these again for sure!

I made these cupcakes for my husband's co-worker as a dessert after dinner. They were such a hit that he took some home with him. I plan to use this recipe for picnics and parties, it has become one of my favorites! Easy to make, and sure to please!

I had my two-year-old niece for the day and I decided to make these to help entertain her. She had great fun mixing the batter and breaking the eggs. We couldn't find mini-Oreos at our Safeway so we used regular sized Oreos and broke them into pieces. Best of all my husband LOVED these enough to eat two in one sitting! They weren't as pretty as the photo but they were still good enough for him to take them to work the next day.

I made these for my husband and the guys on the submarine, I wanted to test them to see if they were good.Well they LOVED them! Our son wants me to make them for his class for his b-day, awesome job!
