I made these for my son's 6th birthday party and they were a hit! There wasn't one left. I used the spray can vanilla frosting on top instead of the cool whip because I didn't think it would set right. I would definately make these again.

This was Really Great, except I out the cream cheese,egg or sugar. Instead, I made Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling according to directions and let sit in fridge and then followed the rest of the recipe as stated-- It turned out spectacular!! Everyone really loved them.

I made these for my adult daughter's birthday. Mine did not look quite as perfect as this pix, but they were quite yummy. I made homemade cocoa butter cream frosting (side of Cocoa can) to ice these instead of cool whip.

I love this cupcakes. I decorated them with a full size Oreo on top and then almond buttercream to make them look like sunflowers. The were delectable. I did double the cream cheese and they came out perfectly.

These are SOOOOO GOOD!! I followed the directions as printed and they were great! So easy to make and the cake was so moist. I am serving them at my Book Club tomorrow night! Can't wait to hear how the girls like them! My husband liked them and he is not a fan of sweets.

This is pretty darn good! I didn't put in cream cheese though, just an oreo in the middle. This is something that I think many girls/women will love, because it's super chocolatey!

I love this recipe because it’s simple to make. Also every time I make these cupcakes everyone eats them up quickly. :) I enjoy seeing the surprise family and friends have once they bite into the moist cupcake to find the mini oreo. These mini oreo surprise cupcakes are a perfect treat for any occasion. :)

One word...YUM! Cream cheese frosting with crushed oreos in it made them even better!!

After reading some of the other reviews, I used regular sized oreos instead of the minis. The cupcakes tasted fantastic. I used store bought whipped cream cheese icing instead of cool whip and then crused some oreos in a sandwhich bag with a rolling bin and sprinkled it on top. Made it really pretty. Also, I put too much of the batter in the bottom so next time I would just add enough batter to the bottom to cover the pan.
