simple way to make a fancy cupcake. Shared with all my friends and we all loved it! I did substitute topping with a cream cheese icing. Due to the fact that some wouldn't be served immediatley.

My son is a huge Oreo cookie fan so I just had to make this recipe for his birthday last April. I used my bundt pan and turned it into a cake. He had three pieces!! It was a huge hit with everyone. I plan to make the cupcakes for a Thanksgiving dessert next week.

I made these for the 1st time last Christmas as a treat for my 2yr old helping Mommy "prepare" the meal ...he is the "Oreo Cookie Monster" of our household and he loved them so much I am making the cupcakes instead of a birthday cake for him this year and will arrange them stacked in a tier! We are not huge chocolate lovers and thought this would be too much but I will admit everyone loved them! Thanks.

This was a hit with my family, they requested it for Thanksgiving! I did use frosting instead of the Cool Whip for the topping and they were great!

Everytime I make dessert for an event these are requested! I also make a variation using the new Dulce la Leche oreos (quartered) and brown sugar mixed with the cream cheese instead of white. Definitely an winning recipe!

GREAT! I made this for my father in law for his b-day-he loved them and I had leftovers for work too the boss exclaimed-Excellent! I used a brownie mix instead of cake-just bake a little longer also sprinkled powdered sugar on top then with cream cheese icing. I used the regular sized oreos in my muffin mold-they worked great and everyone wondered what it was inside that was tasting so GOOD!
